I want to leave a review about a private clinic with which I have had an extremely negative experience. Firstly, serious violations of patients' rights are allowed in the institution. People are being held without their full consent, which raises big questions about the legality of such actions. Secondly, the level of service is at a very low level. The staff behaves rudely, there is no normal attitude towards patients, there is no proper attention and care. I would like to mention the nutrition separately — it is unsatisfactory, does not meet the standards and is clearly not designed for people undergoing treatment. Prescribing medications is also a concern: medications are given without a clear explanation and without observing the stability of treatment — today some medications, tomorrow others, without an understandable reason and without transparency for the patient. The most disturbing thing is the cases of physical violence. According to available information, patients may be subjected to harsh treatment, which is absolutely unacceptable and violates basic human civil rights. In addition, the cost of services at the clinic is extremely high and does not correspond to their quality. At the same time, patients and their relatives are not given a clear explanation of what exactly such amounts are charged for — there is a lack of transparency in pricing. I believe that such conditions are unacceptable for a medical institution. I hope the relevant authorities will pay attention to this situation and take action.
