We are currently living in this hotel ( March-April 2026 ). The location is great! The breakfasts are great, we like them! The room is comfortable and large with panoramic windows. There is a kettle, TV, air conditioning. The refrigerator, however, does not work. The mattress is very hard. At first, it even seemed like we were sleeping on planks. But it's individual - who's used to what. The people working here are polite and attentive. We left for Samarkand early in the morning, and lunch boxes were prepared for us. In the early days, two bottles of water and tea leaves were provided. They didn't leave yesterday. I don't know, maybe that's how it should be. Or maybe I should tip the maids in turn, but I hadn't thought of that. I will definitely leave a small bill today. Oh! They just knocked on the door and gave me water and tea bags, I didn't even have time to finish the review. They just forgot yesterday! In general, we are satisfied with everything! A cozy hotel, clean rooms (we had a room with a large balcony), a wonderful location - in the center, but not on a noisy street, but in the courtyard. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Excellent breakfasts, you can always find dishes to your liking. Very hospitable and respectful staff.
