The staff is responsive, they don't speak Russian, the entire staff speaks English, they communicated through a translator, I would like to note the responsiveness of the manager Roshan, who is always ready to solve any questions, the entire staff is smiling and positive.

We recently returned from this hotel. I was led by good reviews, but it's not clear where they came from. The hotel is very dirty and not pleasant! We moved into a dirty and unwashed room, dust is everywhere, the floors there have never seen wet cleaning at all! They cleaned up once in 10 days, and then we asked them to clean up for three days. Linen and towels were changed, the toilet was wiped and swept, again without wet cleaning. They don't take out the trash at all. The linen is stained and sewn up. Towels are only large - 1 piece for 1 person and no more towels are required. The breakfasts are the same every day, not delicious. On the plus side: the air conditioner was working properly, there was also a fan and a very convenient location - in the center of the main street.

The honest 3-star hotel. Breakfasts and dinners are portioned, according to the menu, there is no buffet. But everything is delicious. Always fruits, fresh. If something is required, then you need to ask through a translator. But everyone is trying to do it. The rooms are nice, with balconies. The air conditioners are a bit noisy, you need to take earplugs to Asia.
