The quality of the service is also evaluated when various unpleasant situations arise, and primarily through no fault of the customer (client). We had to deal with incompetence and ignorance of the laws in the field of the relationship between the seller and the consumer in the person of manager Alexey. Nowadays, a professional salesperson must not only know the laws governing his business, be able to communicate correctly with a client, but also be able to competently resolve issues that may arise in different situations. The first situation in which manager Alexey behaved illiterate and boorish was when it turned out that in clause 3.2 of the contract it was stated: "The contractor makes 5 design layouts for free, each subsequent one costs 100 rubles." According to Alexey, I have to pay not 100 rubles, as indicated in the concluded contract, but 200 rubles, justifying this by saying that they brought me an old contract and they are not going to "go broke" for 100 rubles more. As a result, manager Alexey reluctantly accepted the terms of the previously signed agreement, to which I, deciding to mitigate the situation (it's funny that the client is doing this), announced that we would try to meet 5 design layouts. In response, manager Alexey again showed his lack of professionalism and low level of communication with clients, saying: "Then what is the dispute?" Next, we asked Alexey, the manager, about installing the rails, if we would have time to purchase them before the skin was delivered and if we could install the rails ourselves, but after correspondence it turned out that we would not be able to install the rails ourselves, because tempered glass cannot be drilled. No one told us that the rails had to be approved before quenching, since tempered glass should never be drilled, neither Alexey's manager nor the measurer. But the contract doesn't say that. It turns out that we were not informed about the properties of this product and how to handle it, which contradicts Article 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection. We asked Alexey's manager if there was any way to fix the situation, since we were not informed or warned that drilling after installation was impossible and we were not offered to make cutouts for the skin during the measurement. At that time, SC Global LLC had a promotion that all the cutouts were free, which means that we can make the cut ourselves for a fee. BUT instead of resolving the issue, manager Alexey started poking us into the previously agreed measurement and informed us that they would not do anything at their own expense. They immediately started responding to me in an aggressive manner. We had to file a complaint against such actions of Alexey's manager addressed to the CEO, referring to Articles 10, 29 of the Law on Consumer Protection. But even when submitting a claim, we received unprofessional responses from Alexey's manager saying that our claim would be rejected because we were fools ourselves. I do not recommend this company, because if any controversial situation arises, then instead of resolving it, an incompetent employee will be rude to you and you will have to resolve the issue through the courts.
