My wife and I decided to change the car and came here on a recommendation. Manager Yuri told us everything, helped us choose a model that suited our budget and tasks (family, trips around the city and to the country). It's great that they sent a lot of photos and videos, it's very convenient that I didn't have to go anywhere. But sometimes there were minor misunderstandings or delays in responding. I like the car as a whole, it drives well, it's easy to drive, it's cozy and neatly made inside. There are no complaints in this regard. Some points, such as a little more information about the details of the car or more prompt communication, could have been better, so we give 4 out of 5. In general, the service is not bad, but there is a lot to grow.

I turned to Global Car with a request to bring a BMW 3 series in a rather difficult budget, before that they deployed it in two companies, as if it were impossible with minimal damage and mileage at my price. I worked with the manager Vitaly, negotiated a BMW 3 G20, accompanied him at all stages, and took over customs clearance and repairs. And most importantly! Do not listen to the promises and be sure to compare the total cost, not the cost of the bare service. The prices are very different. And thanks to the guys!

I do not recommend it! They are not competent, they mess up at almost all stages, from selection (they are not interested in choosing the most profitable option, they are only interested in closing the issue faster and paying for it), delivery time, logistics, etc. Payment is the same with nuances. As a result, for paying for the service: instead of solving all the client's issues, there are only nuances and unnecessary hemorrhoids.
