В 2018 году залатали ямки на асфальте внутри товарищества. Ещё бы рядом с воротами на въезде залатать)

Не платежи за гаражи, вечные смены председателей, каждый год повышение тарифов, ямы, не вывоз мусора отключение электроэнергии, собственники гаражей около трети от общего числа не платят вообще!
