Снимаю гараж уже больше 5 лет, правда у разных владельцев. Последний на 5-ом этаже, он новый и потому крыша до сих пор не покрыта гудроном, из-за этого в гараже летом просто пекло, машина просто раскаляется. А в остальном все нормально, охрана внимательная и ответственная.
