It's terrible, on 05/16/2025 I came to FGDS on time, paid for the procedure. However, the doctor turned out to be completely uncommunicative and rude. Without explaining the reasons, he refused to conduct the study, demonstrating harsh and unprofessional behavior. There was not a single harsh word or conflict on my part. They didn't explain anything to me, they just sent me back. This is a complete lack of respect for the patient's time and an extremely low level of medical service. I am very disappointed with the quality of service.
