To process documents for the services received is another quest. Staff communication is brash and unpleasant. Making an appointment is a formality. In fact, you will be sitting in line and waiting like in a free clinic. In general, if there is no choice, then you can apply here, but if there is an opportunity to go to another clinic, then go to another one without hesitation. That's my opinion.
