The selection of goods is great, neat, the staff is excellent, polite, the girl at the self-service checkout told me everything, since I am from Russia and I first came to Belarus in Minsk. The Hippo supermarket also has a currency exchange, parking is nearby, and there is a bank for exchanging rubles for Belarusian ones, since the store only pays with Belarusian money.

They say 64 rubles went out, at home I see that 71 rubles were debited from the card, I don't always check the checks without leaving the cash register, it happens that I throw them away, and then I see how much was debited from the card. It was that an extra 3 rubles were thrown into the check, I checked several times, all the products were flattened, but I did not understand where the additional 3 rubles came from in the total cost. I don't swear, but it's frustrating. There were also spoiled foods in the milk. Otherwise, I like everything, but the queues are always long. Maybe it would be possible to create electronic receipts in your personal account that would be saved. To check later.

It's a pity that I have to make such an assessment, the store is generally quite good. The whole problem is the so-called staff at the self-service cash desks. The rudeness is terrible. One word to them, and they respond with 10 raised voices, just like in the market. It seems that they even like to sort things out. There are plenty of examples when there are store faults (for example, a poorly readable barcode), but you can calmly figure it out, rather than almost shouting to send the goods to the other end of the hall to change the buyer. Therefore, the advice is either to work with this staff or to change it altogether. Otherwise, next time you will have to spend time and put the entire history of conflicts in the book of proposals.
