I want to share one completely failed experience in Giotto branch on Beruniy. I have big family and my father has diabetes. When we came to waitor with question: "Do you have any sugar free cake" they replied "No". As per those response, I needed to go to near Bon branch for cake. When I came back to Giotto, waitor and manager came to me with words: "Sorry Sir it is forbidden to visit our cafe with others food" They did not want to accept any excuses even in my father's case. Following this disrespectful behavior, we decided to leave Giotto. I visit Giotto from my childhood, and it is so sadly to see that this brand is loosing their level. It was last visit and I will never come back to any branch on Giotto again. I am sad to see that such brand like Gitto completely bypass policy of treating people with health issues. Thanks

A good place to grab a bite at, and to have a cup of java or a cappuccino with your significant other or a friend. The service is good, however it's a bit overpriced. Please remember to keep Tashkent clean.
