My husband ordered the flowers on March 8th, and they were supposed to be delivered from 12 to 15. As a result, they wasted their time, didn't bother to warn about it, and moreover, ignored the customer. When I already told them that it wasn't good, they started to feel sorry for me and were rude. This is the first time I've encountered anything like this, although I had a completely different opinion about them. I am disappointed, I sincerely do not recommend it, customers are not appreciated

I wanted to please my wife with peony-shaped roses, to put it mildly, I don't understand flowers myself. I ordered from them via Instagram, asked for peony-shaped pink roses, as a result I got these wilted ordinary roses (in reality even worse than in the photo), when I asked why they were wilted and did not look like in the story, I received the answer - we are not psychics, we sent you what you have, you confirmed the order. When I started asking why you didn't clarify with me, because for me all these roses look the same, I was told some nonsense about Mercury metrograde and misunderstanding. In general, the quality is terrible, the customer orientation is 0, if you are a man and order flowers for your beloved, they will take you for a fool and try to put shoes on, I do not advise
