Honestly, it doesn't look like 5, BUT! Yes, he's a little bit dead, but he's expensive, there's a problem with communication with the staff, maybe there's something else... in January 25, I got into a difficult situation and they settled me here at 06:00 without prior reservation, provided tea, a shower, and a warm bed. In the morning, another employee helped with locations around the city, prompted, and told me. In short, with all the disadvantages, people got into my position and helped me. Great hotel, right in the castle. The room has everything, including great fluffy bathrobes. The spa has many different baths and saunas, they give towels, there is water

There is a swimming pool, but small, everything else (hammam and so on does not work). Everyone speaks only English. There is only one iron for the entire hotel. The breakfasts are terrible (When the administrators are guys, they can smoke and the ground floor stinks of smoke.
