A cozy place, but terrible service. We waited about an hour for one dish, and an hour later we discovered the second dish had been completely forgotten. It took another twenty minutes just to pay.

The food is delicious, the prices are pleasant, the service is better than in typical Serbian restaurants and cafes (for complaints, they don't always bring water with homemade coffee and you have to wait a long time for change after paying the bill, but these are small things), the only thing that really bothers is loud music, especially when there are few people in the establishment. I gave it 3 stars, just to see the review. After any response, I will change it to 5 stars. They haven't responded to the review for a long time, temporarily gave it 1 star)

No smoking inside! Very cozy, pleasant menu. A good pad thai with shrimp, but a little less salt. The prices are average+, but in this location it is a great choice for meeting with friends. No loud music, you can chat outside the smoke clouds)

We were there a couple of times, everything was OK. Yesterday I ordered a chicken salad, it came with shrimp, and when I told the waitress about it, she just left. About 5 minutes later, passing by, she noticed that I was not eating (because my husband had not yet received his order, which is also a bit strange), she asked if I should replace it. I replied that I could leave it. Then it turned out that there was no bacon in the salad, even though it was listed in the ingredients. The shrimps were half-shelled and half-shelled. None of this affected the price in any way, I paid for the shrimp salad. By the way, they never apologized)

There are 3 types of staff in cafes/restaurants: 1) with an extreme sense of self-respect, but courteous; 2) Friendly and easy to talk to; 3) the staff at GINGER is nervous/cold-detached, then the plate will be thrown on the table, but the coffee will be cold (why worry about it, let the client be satisfied anyway). Then suddenly they kindly agree to fulfill special requests... In general, there is an element of unpredictability - for those who like such relationships) The cuisine is without frills, a confident "4" is already good enough👌🏻 If this is not a meeting with a company that has decided to meet specifically at GINGER, I now try to visit places where I am more welcome. At least formally.

We waited for the waiter before that, we carried the food for a long time (at the time of writing the review, I have been waiting for 40 minutes) The food itself is hastily cooked, the poached egg is overexposed, the children's dish looks disgusting. It's not really clear why making a sandwich takes so long) Never set foot in here again.
