After that, we asked if we could have a teapot, they told us that it was small, that the volume was only two mugs. We're like, God help us, give us three mugs, we'll pour less for three. They said you can't, just two mugs - I took out my water, which they told me I couldn't do. I said let me at least pour it into a glass, which I also got a refusal. Overall impression: The establishment positions itself as a so-called luxury - a large chandelier, supposedly marble tables, such a slightly collective farm style, this is my personal opinion. And as a consequence of this position, I did not notice any human attitude with respect. If I was sick and needed to drink water, would I have to buy it? I understand that a bottle of water not from an institution is not good, but it could have been allowed to pour into a glass. And I don't say anything about the joke of only two glasses per teapot. I don't quite understand the enthusiastic ratings. Hostesses communicate very brazenly, as if you came to a place where you were not invited. At first they sat us down after 3-4 minutes, then they brought us the menu and after 10 seconds they asked us what we wanted to order... isn't it strange? I asked to change the lamp because the menu was not visible , they said yes, yes now and scored, because while we were sitting there no one did it. After that, we ordered a hookah (the guy would be nice, no questions asked). Immediately after that, the same hostess said that we could only sit for an hour... when I asked why, she said, "I don't understand you."… Well, honestly, after that they decided to leave, warning the employee (the second hookah maker) to cancel the hookah, as there was only a solid negative… After leaving the establishment and intending to go to another one, while we were looking and passed by this "establishment", another hostess came up to us and said that the hookah was ready, go smoke… Maxed out…

Hello! I will start my review of this institution with two advantages: 1. The interior of the institution. 2. Works until morning. Actually, its advantages ended there. Objectively, the establishment with the worst service in Yerevan, both on hookahs and on the menu. Hookah makers do not make delicious and low-quality hookahs, while you will be lucky if they come to you again at one o'clock. The waiters also practically do not approach the guests, you will wait for them for at least 20 minutes at best to order something and so on throughout your stay in the institution. There are NO buttons to call a hookah man or a waiter. There is no attention to the guests. You will also have to wait at least 30 minutes for the bill, and then if you still remind yourself that you need an account. This is not the first time we have visited a guest and unfortunately this is not a matter of chance, but a constant attitude towards the guests of this institution; (It is a pity that the administration does not monitor and correct such a huge minus. The staff, the atmosphere, and the waiting time are the biggest drawbacks of this establishment. There is no goodwill here. I do not recommend it! From the word at all ;)
