This is my second time at this hotel, and both times on New Year's Eve, and I will come again. I travel a lot, there is something to compare it with. First, the location. Naama Bay is much warmer and windless for winter than in other parts of Sharm, and even more so in Hurghada. This is the main advantage of choosing NG, you can sunbathe and swim every day, the water is warm, the entrance to the sea is one of the best, smooth sand, gradually disappearing into the depths. There is a place to swim with masks, even live corals remained, swam to admire the big flowers and beautiful fish. And on the right there are many fish and corals almost near the shore. Secondly, the food. Very diverse, the cook cooks deliciously. If we compare it with their hotel in Gazala Beach, then this is heaven and earth, we had the opportunity to eat both there and there. It looks like a good restaurant and canteen. I wanted to try everything, in the end I gained 4 kg. So be careful))). Thirdly, the staff is very customer-oriented. This means that any complaints or problems are quickly resolved if you complain. I was the one who didn't like the room when I checked in, as there is a gradual renovation of all buildings, some have new rooms with good furniture and repairs, and some still have old furniture. The hotel was full, there were not enough new ones for everyone, someone didn't care and they lived, it was okay, I asked and the next day they moved me to a new room without any extra charge. Thank them for that. Another couple had a fan in the toilet, they came and did it right away. In general, they don't spit on people, but do everything possible to make the rest more comfortable. The animation is both in the hotel and on the beach, the hotel territory is very beautiful, besides the sun beds there are large four-poster beds and pillows, this is not for a fee, but for everyone. A warm pool. But few people swim there because the sea is warm. You must admit, not all hotels do this. I definitely advise you, and I will come again more than once.

The beach is gorgeous, sandy, lots of sun beds, old, but with new mattresses. The changing room is a separate topic, a large wooden cabinet with a wooden roof and a large mirror.There are fish in the sea and near the shore, if you swim closer to the right buoys there are different fish, you can admire them without a mask.There is as much water on the hotel bar as you want and at what time you can take it. The animators on the beach work well, the hotel is disgusting in the evening, they turn on music with Russian hit songs, then our girls sing, dance, the animators at the cinema table are cut.Alcohol at the bar is free from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., I left late, I rented the room, the bracelet was not cut off, I could use all the services of the hotel before departure.Early check-in, I gave 20 dollars, the room was given as requested on the second floor, and they also offered a few to choose from, it was worth it after the night flight.I'd love to come here again.

We bought a tour to this hotel. From December 23 to January 1. This review is especially for those who know what a vacation in Egypt is. Hotel and room: The reception and lobby bar are generally a solid four. Upon arrival, they asked for a room with a view of the pool - they gave you no extra charges (in other hotels, with the same room categories, you will be charged 50 bucks for the choice). The reception and the bar are relatively clean and tidy. Ice cream is served at the bar from 3 to 4 o'clock. The main disadvantage of the bar is that they reuse plastic cups (one day they came in the morning and asked for cups - they were wet and with traces of yesterday's soda). The territory at the hotel is quite large and beautiful - pools, bridges, deck chairs, greenery. Perhaps this hotel was once a 5*. Number: The repair is not new, but nothing is falling off. Big questions about plumbing - everything is old and leaking. The bathroom has been painted several times - it is extremely unpleasant to be in it. A hard mattress is something I like. The wardrobe is old, barely closes. There's a safe inside-it's never been used, so I don't know anything about its operability. The TV was old, but it worked (we didn't come to watch TV, so it didn't matter). The refrigerator that was originally there was not working. Replaced at the moment. It's also a horror, but it fulfills its function. Initially, there was no hair dryer in the room. On request, it was delivered at the moment. What is especially important is that there is always hot water with a normal pressure (it's always a matter of luck). The lamp on the balcony was not working. They asked to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. The room is cleaned every day, but in the best traditions of Egypt, so the room is always dirty. Meal: Very good by Egyptian standards. Unlimited chicken (who knows, he will understand), beef every day, coffee from the vending machine, classic desserts, fruits. Nothing supernatural. Drinks are also classic. Beach: This is the jewel of this hotel. The umbrellas are super, the sand is clean and the access to the sea is excellent. There is a small reef with fish. That was the most important thing for us. The disadvantage of the beach is that at 10 a.m. you will not find a free sunbed, because one beach belongs to Ghazala garden and Ghazala beach. There is a bar on the beach, there are always queues. Staff: Boors who still need to be looked for (specifically bartenders). There were very nice guys at the reception. The requests were not refused. What is important is that there is no active pairing of massages and excursions on the beach. You say that you've already spent all the money, it doesn't fit anymore. Animation on the bottom. There is traditionally exercise on the beach, sometimes there is music, sometimes there is not. The animators themselves are not very active. In the evening, the animation at the hotel is very boring. The continent is 50/50 (Russians and Italians). Not far from the hotel, a huge pipe goes into the sea. We assume that the sewer system. After the water got into our mouths while bathing, we still suffer from stomach pain. Pills don't help, you'll have to go to the doctor.
