Terrible delivery. They haven't been able to deliver a package for a week. It says in my personal account that the courier allegedly couldn't contact me, that my phone was blocked, but I was always in touch and no one called me. It's also impossible to get through to the hotline, no one picks up the phone.

Honestly, this is the most terrible service there is. I am constantly ordering goods from Temu, but it is GFS Express that is always dragging its feet. Text messages are coming saying that the order is from the courier, they say, inform the code when it arrives, as a result, no one arrives or calls, the status is changed in temu, they say the delivery did not take place and this has been happening for the third day. In general, it is amazing that this office has not yet closed with so many negative reviews, as such major players as Temu continue to cooperate with them despite so many bad reviews.
