As a result, they collected for about an hour, 100% prepayment, there is no store as such, they take ready-made bouquets to customers outside... The bouquet is naturally not worth the money paid, it will be a lesson for me not to order anything in questionable places - not to waste my nerves on it.

They are liars!! We ordered three bouquets! The organization sent photos of bouquets with prices! They said that the bouquets will be delivered within 20 minutes! 45 minutes later, the hired couriers brought two bouquets that did not match the photos, one bouquet was in plain wrapping paper. The third bouquet was not delivered! Employees are lying on the phone! The locations of branches indicated on the Internet do not correspond to reality, there is no one there. The imported bouquets actually cost five to six times cheaper than the stated very high price, they had an obscene appearance! As a result, wasted money and spoiled mood! Currently, the employees of this office still have the audacity to troll on the phone!! I do not recommend it to anyone!!
