Mtskheta is a city founded in the 5th century BC, where everything breathes history. The beginning of the construction of the temple is considered to be 1010 A.D. I have not yet seen such ancient temples. You walk through the gates and find yourself in an ancient fortress, the scale is amazing.

The photos in the previous review are NOT true! In the photo, the Svetitskhoveli Temple is nearby, but not here. The Getzimansky monastery is very small, there is not much to see for a spoiled tourist.
