The result is a clogged sink and bathtub drain that does not drain for 5-10 minutes. Hair, sand, animal hair on the spot - everything merges anywhere but into the toilet. This is not an isolated case. In the first such case, I tried to refuse further services from a particular cleaner. The list now consists of four. This has never happened before

I ordered the company for the second time, the first was not a pleasant experience, I ordered a general cleaning, and the employee cleaned up at 6 on a scale from 0-10. There were many shortcomings. Then I no longer ordered cleaning from this company, but due to forced circumstances I had to) At first glance, everything seems perfect, clean and the staff are pleasant, everything is neat and the air is pleasant, and of course there was a lot of dust and dirt after the renovation. But there were more questions for the cleaning manager. She said that the apartment needs to be cleaned after renovation. She seemed to understand me, determined the cost based on the area of the apartment and the number of windows. I was immediately satisfied with the price, because it was inexpensive. But I had some doubts and decided to make a list of what exactly needed to be removed, and everything needed to be removed. But as it turned out, not everything is cleaned, the role is that curtains are not washed, mosquito nets are not washed, furniture is also ... etc. But the company went to a meeting and for these additional works it is necessary to add more. In principle, they recalculated it, and the price was still normal. Two employees arrived, we couldn't meet, so my friend just handed over the key, and after work I was going to stop by to check the cleaning and pay off. The cleaning time was 9 hours, and I had to wash a lot. But before we started cleaning, questions arose that the information on the windows was not correctly transmitted, and they were counted not by the windows, but by the frames in the windows, that is, 6 windows, then 12 frames. Accordingly, it needs to be recalculated again, and this is already annoying. It's just that if you're going to order cleaning specifically from this organization, it's better to clarify everything on the shore, down to the smallest skirting board. They removed the total from 10 to 8. Therefore, there are no complaints specifically about these employees, because everything cannot be perfect, it was missed in some places, but not catastrophically. Thank you very much.

I called three companies and there were no seats, I never thought that the service was so popular. It was only in this company that they offered to let me know if a place was available. A couple of hours later, they called me and said they could come the next day. As for the cleaning itself. To be honest, I went and checked, since the apartment had to be rented to the landlord. I couldn't find fault if I wanted to. Elena, a sweet woman, has done the impossible in just 5 hours. The apartment seemed to breathe, although I tried to keep order, but it wasn't like that when I moved in. Thanks a lot. On the downside, although this did not affect the quality of the service, the cleaner was without a vacuum cleaner. As they explained to me, they are not taken to the cleaning standard. But as it turned out, cleaning without a vacuum cleaner is possible and not a bit worse than with it.
