It's a disgusting store. I only go there because it's the closest to my house. And not only do they constantly have no change, but the terminal is also buggy. It's happened three times already. I go to the cashier, first I try to pay in cash - they don't have change. I'm trying to pay with a card, but it doesn't accept the card, although everything works fine at the bank, ATM, when I deposit or withdraw money, without lags, freezes, errors, or any other problems. As a result, I have to waste my time running around other stores, asking for a change of money. Early in the morning, yeah! When everyone's cash register is empty. Awesome plan – reliable as a Swiss watch! After those three times, I even stopped trying to pay with a card, it still makes no sense. The last time they didn't have change, he couldn't stand it, made a scene, wrote a complaint. So the guard asked me directly, saying, if you don't like it here, why do you come here? Did the cashier advise you to keep a diary instead of going around and writing complaints? I was even a little hung up on such arrogance. And I remember once there was a case. I came early in the morning as usual. I took the basket and went up to the second floor. I selected the product. I went down to the first floor. I stand quietly in the sweets department, I don't touch anyone, I choose delicious treats for myself. And then they shout to me from the cash register across the hall, "man! I'm already leaving, I'm just waiting for you!" I go up to the cashier and ask, "is your shift ending or something? It seems to have just begun. Where are you going?" The cashier answers me: "no, my shift is not ending, I need to take milk!" I say, "if you don't have enough people to hold someone at the checkout and accept the goods at the same time, then these are your personal problems, what do I have to do with it?" The cashier tells me, "do you want to fight with me?" I say, "No, I don't want to fight with you, I want you to work with clients normally, you get paid for it." After all, my job as a customer is to come to the store, select the product, bring it to the checkout counter and pay. Whether I spend five minutes or fifty minutes choosing a product is my own business. I can walk around here with a basket for half a day and pick out goods. So why all of a sudden am I being kicked to the checkout counter, as if I'm a student who's late for class? In short, it's a disgusting store, disgusting staff, and disgusting attitude towards customers. I don't recommend it to anyone.
