THEY RUINED my engine!I signed up at 9:00 for an oil change in the Monjaro internal combustion engine, we were 30 minutes late for work. They wanted to put an old disposable drain plug gasket, like: not available; I said I wouldn't accept a job, as a result, we drove 1.5 hours around the city looking for it, they didn't bring a native, they picked it up from something. It doesn't seem to be running yet. They say that the oil was filled with the original, and I noticed that there are packages from well-known marketplaces in the box. The sound of the engine became rougher. The service room itself is a mess, with old parts lying in a pile in the corner. The payment was offered to Caspi by transfer, they only issued an invoice, without a fiscal receipt. This is my first time, and I think it's my last. And I'll add another thing: I drove to Astana, the total mileage was 650 km, the car after the service on Jili Kokshetau began to shift gears jerkily, I think I'll see what kind of air filter was installed-I opened it and here: They DIDN'T PUT it UP! We looked into the engine with an endoscope: the turbine impeller was sliced, scuff marks appeared on the sleeves. There was also a leak in the crankshaft oil seal. It's been 3 months. They just make excuses, they don't do anything. And this is an official dealer!
