I studied at GeekBrains and overall my impressions were good. I liked that the training is structured enough, first they give a base to understand the field itself, and then they gradually move on to more complex topics and practice. Because of this, there is no feeling that you were immediately thrown into something incomprehensible. After each block, there were usually practical tasks, thanks to which the information was consolidated, and not just forgotten after watching the lecture. I especially liked that real examples and situations from work were dealt with. It's also convenient that you can study at your own pace and combine it with your main job. If you don't understand something, you can review the lesson or return to the material later. It was a big plus for me, because sometimes I didn't have enough time due to personal circumstances. The teachers and curators liked it very much - they explained it calmly and in understandable language. I also liked that during the training they pay attention to practice and portfolio. It helps to already have some work and an understanding of how things work in real work and just have experience. Of course, learning requires independence and discipline, because if you do nothing, there will be no result either. But if you really get involved in the process and complete tasks and learn, then the base turns out to be good . 🙌

I wanted to share my feedback with future GeekBrains students. I had no experience in the IT field before, but decided to try myself and graduated from the project manager course, which I can say: I liked the fullness of the course very much, the material is very accessible, interesting, filled. Regular homework assignments that are always checked and feedback is given on them. The teaching staff is simply amazing, professionals in their field, competent, always prompt and help. The Career Center regularly drops internship and job options. I am glad that I chose this particular school and I will definitely recommend it.

At the age of 17, I decided to learn Java programming and chose this course because of its good reviews, and I am not disappointed.
