I didn't write a review right away on purpose, it was necessary to make sure that everything was really as I describe it. I came from another city to replace the clutch with a DSG, the spare parts were my own, not a word was said against this. I signed up without any problems, they answered the phone politely, everything was on the case. All the employees I've talked to are cultured, no one avoids or tries to get rid of them faster, but they really pay attention. This is a rarity on the services, as it turned out. The employees themselves are competent, everyone is competent in their position. He left on a positive wave. Upon arrival home, I took off the protection to make sure that everything was screwed, latched and, in general, in order. That's exactly what happened. I've already driven 700km, everything is fine. Receipt and order-the outfit is issued, the deadlines are met, the price is as agreed in advance. 800km in both directions for work - I didn't regret it at all. PS. Yes, I found something to complain about. The imprint of a dirty glove on the decorative battery cover. So as not to jinx it :)

Everything is fine, I applied for non-standard work to strengthen the checkpoint. They invited me to analyze the checkpoint, along the way they told me how and what works, showed me worn-out components and recommendations for replacement. On the same day, we agreed on a list of tasks and works from the minimum necessary to the full. We ordered the fuel and consumables ourselves, assembled and prepared the gearbox and oil. Because I was removing the gearbox in another place, then I drove up to them to check the oil levels, everything was done, they did not take money for checking. I was completely satisfied with the quality, approach and timing of the work, I recommend it.

I would like to leave a positive review about Girpro. I contacted the guys several times with questions about the operation of the automatic transmission and was very pleased with the approach. The most important thing is that real professionals who are in their place work here. I especially appreciate that the staff is not trying to artificially inflate the problem where there is none. It's very rare nowadays. In my case, there were minor issues with the gearbox. Instead of immediately offering disassembly, expensive diagnostics or repairs, I was honestly recommended to observe the situation, travel and see if the problem would recur. This approach inspires confidence, because it is clear that they are not trying to make money at any cost, but really care about the customer and try to avoid unnecessary expenses and unnecessary interference with the car. I also liked the transparency in the work. I did an oil change for them, after servicing they were invited for a second inspection, answered any questions they had, explained everything without imposing additional services. The only wish to improve the service is due to the high workload. It can be seen that the guys have a very large flow of customers, and this is rather an indicator of a good reputation. But sometimes I would like a little more time to discuss car issues. Perhaps it would be convenient to provide more detailed consultations or assign a manager to the client for the duration of the service, so that you can calmly discuss all the nuances without haste. At the same time, this moment does not negate the overall impression in any way. In general, I am completely satisfied with the service. A professional, honest and competent approach, which is not so common today. I definitely recommend Girpro to those who do not chase the price, but value competence, transparency and responsible attitude to work.
