You are buying live flowers, not dead ones, no florist will give you a clear answer for how long the bouquet will last!And at least the flowers also need care , and not just poke into a vase by pouring water into it !A wonderful store ,I have repeatedly placed an order from another country ,the flowers are fresh ,the bouquet is beautifully assembled ,stood for a long time,prompt delivery by the specified time! If you didn't like something, it doesn't mean that you need to vent your bile in such a negative way, it's better to make suggestions for improving the service in this case if you think that somehow in your opinion something went wrong or you weren't friendly enough!

I do not recommend the Lawn store, flowers, or sellers! Tired sellers (and it was only 12 o'clock in the afternoon!), who were too lazy to even come out from behind the counter to show flowers in the window, went about their business: plucked (oh, put in order) withered branches, which do not belong in the shop window, but in the trash. The meager assortment of flowers leaves much to be desired: in the window, all the flowers and bouquets were not the first freshness with dry edges of the petals and had a pathetic appearance. My request to pick fresher flowers for the bouquet was ignored by the sellers. I got the impression that the sellers of this store have a huge queue, although neither before nor after me was there a single person in the store. I didn't have time to look for another flower shop, so I insisted on making a bouquet. And the seller, without hesitation, was going to make me a bouquet with a broken branch. Just like that, she straightened a broken flower right in front of my eyes. I wouldn't be surprised if I also glued it to the stem with duct tape. The seller refused to replace the branch, said that all branches are like this) I still had to lose a little time and go to another flower shop, where a lovely woman made a beautiful bouquet of the freshest flowers for just 30 rubles. The bouquet in the photo. And I do not recommend "Lawn" to anyone. Do not waste time, money and nerves, you are not welcome in this store.
