Disgusting. I bought a lamb entrecote in a marinade. There wasn't a single piece that I would have enjoyed. Solid veins.... The ram was probably very old. The price tag....I'm sorry that you expect a masterpiece, but in fact it's disgusting meat. Rather, the veins are disguised with marinade. The marinade is paprika, lots of black pepper, and a little onion.
