04/17/25. we purchased Greenfield tea with bergamot, packaged. The quality was terrible. They complained to the sellers, who suggested contacting Oksana, a commodity expert, who, according to them, would not believe that the goods had been returned. You must admit that the organization of trade in the department is already raising questions. But I was surprised by the commodity expert, who insisted on all the claims: everything is in order according to the documents. When we suggested that she try this tea herself, she said that food items were non-refundable. She had not heard that there was a Consumer Protection Law that allowed her to return goods of inadequate quality or require a replacement for the same product of proper quality. I would like to ask the store administration a question: why do such incompetent, inadequate specialists work in the Central Store, which is a kind of showcase of the capital of the Republic of Belarus and has a high rating among customers? Somehow, we need to take a more careful approach to personnel selection and not cast a shadow on the reputation of GUM
