I am a customer of this delivery service. I have made large orders more than once. Not without comments. On 02.10.2025, at 3 p.m., I handed in a refund at this point. I passed the third time, they turned me around once, and the second time they also said "come tomorrow, starting at 10." I came in the afternoon as soon as I could. They wanted to turn me around again, and I listened to a whole tirade about how I had to bring a refund in the morning, which they HADN'T informed me about the day before. Next, the woman who was the young girl's partner began to have an almost hysterical tantrum about the fact that my refund period expires tomorrow (inclusive). She kept talking and talking, outraged that I stopped listening to her. I'll explain. I, like most reasonable people, do not like unreasonable panic/tantrums/ claims. As I understand it, the employee did not calm down, and decided to get me already in correspondence. Next is the screenshot. Dear Garuda Delivery Management! Please have a conversation with your staff about what is acceptable and what is not. And also instruct them to inform them in ADVANCE about the working conditions of the point, and not when the person did not come to the point on the first attempt, having already exhausted their patience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this delivery. And I will also help ensure that all my loved ones stay away from this company.
