We stayed at this hotel from January 3 to January 9, 2026, The hotel is simply at the highest level, cleaning, changing towels , bathrobe,slippers daily, went on vacation in the morning, arrived in a clean room, the bed is made, the breakfasts are simply killer, the eyes run away from the number of dishes. The staff is friendly, everyone is in a clean uniform, any issue is resolved immediately. The spa with sauna, hammam, swimming pool is a special bonus and is open from 9 to 22 . The restaurant is open 24/7, they can bring an order to the room. Thanks to the hotel staff, we had a great time, and we are staying at the hotel for the third time. Next time I come, I'll be with you.

I want to leave a warm and sincere review about this hotel - our stay here was one of the most pleasant impressions of the trip! From the moment we moved in, everything was at the highest level. We asked for a higher room with a view of the mountains and our wish was gladly taken into account) The view from the window is amazing, and the room itself is clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. I would especially like to mention the staff: polite, attentive, always ready to help and promptly responds to any requests. Special thanks to the restaurant team! The dishes are beautifully served, the portions are generous, and the salads are the most delicious I've tasted in a long time. I highly recommend the mojito, I used an alcoholic one :) I can say for sure that if I find myself in Bishkek again, this hotel will be my only choice. Thank you for the hospitality and the warm atmosphere!
