I want to share my experience.: I bought a tile last year with a storage condition until this season. When the delivery time was approaching, I called the warehouse staff in half a month and agreed on the delivery date, but on the day of delivery they did not bring the tile to me and did not even bother to call and warn about problems with delivery. I had to call myself and find out if they would bring me a tile or not? We agreed on another date, the tiles were delivered, but there were two pallets with obviously broken edges during loading and, as it seemed to me, a lot of defective tiles (some of the tiles crumbled completely or partially right on the pallet). I took a photo and sent it to the manager, he gave me the number of the department that deals with complaints. I dropped the Viber photo and described the situation, but in a week someone didn't call or answer, they just looked at the photo. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone. Bottom line: customer service is poor at all stages, and if you have doubts about the quality of the products, it's better not to accept it, I can't solve the problem later.

I strongly do not recommend this company! Complete deception and the use of other people's money. In March, I placed an order for Gard paving slabs with a ready-to-use period in July. When the time came, there was no feedback from the company. I had to call myself for a long time and persistently to find out the order status. As a result, the managers said that their equipment was broken, and they postponed the delivery all the way to September. Realizing the risks, I agreed to wait on one condition — to sign an additional agreement with penalties in case of repeated deadlines. The company's reaction was immediate: I was immediately offered a simple refund. Bottom line: the Gard company used my money for free for four months, disrupted all my construction plans, and I was left without tiles at the height of the season. The attitude towards clients is negligent, and obligations are worthless. Avoid it!

Good fence blocks, there is a choice and can be ordered by the desired date. The staff will always adjust and warn you about everything. At least, a recommendation for the level of service and pleasant service and maintenance of the order !
