The most disgusting hotel possible, so if you value your money, never stay here. 1. The staff enters the room as if it were their home, without knocking or warning about cleaning, there are no flags like "do not disturb" or "cleaning is needed" 2. Most of the claimed consumables are missing. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper, towels, a glass for toothbrushes, a trash can and many other small things in the room. 3. They can take dirty towels, but they don't give you new ones, they can, but dirty, clean towels are very rare. 4. The shower was broken at the entrance and at the exit too. Only the watering can was working. To all requests, the staff provided only promises. 5. There is no sound insulation in the rooms. In the last days of our arrival, a large noisy company arrived, who sat in the lobby at night and loudly celebrated something, disturbing our sleep, and the staff just shrugged off all requests to do something about it. The hotel management does not care about the convenience of its guests, everyone just shrugs and no one knows anything. If you are reading this review, then listen carefully and never use the services of this hotel.

We booked the Somi hotel at the booking office - this is a neighboring hotel, but the owner is alone - it is not indicated on the maps. The light green corner windows are just our hotel. First of all, the owners are Chinese. We've already come across their stupid service, it was the same here. When booking, we talked with the Georgian manager, one employee speaks Russian at the hotel, the others do not. They wanted to move us into another smaller room, although the room had been agreed in advance by WhatsApp. And also in WhatsApp, all correspondence is deleted after a while - apparently they insure themselves. The door of the room does not open immediately due to the electric locks, once they could not even leave on their own, they had to call the reception. The room had a broken brush, a safe, a shower head, and there was no kettle. After negotiations, everything was fixed except for the watering can and the safe (the employee did not understand anything about the safe, pretended that he did not understand Russian)). Cleaned up in 6 days once) and then not very well. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the bed itself is nice. The iron is Chinese, like everything else - toiletries, appliances and workers) no one else checked in. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, but I do not recommend the hotel itself, for the same money you can easily find a better one.

A good hotel, located near famous places within the old town. The staff is friendly, breakfast is included. However, it is not the most diverse. In general, I liked the hotel, it will go for my money.
