I booked a two-bed apartment. It turned out to be a private apartment, not a hotel. The apartment is large, comfortable, accessible to attractions - everything is close, but there is no service at all. There were no towels, so I had to ask and they brought two towels for two people and that was it, there were no towels in the kitchen. There is no toilet paper, no hair dryer, no tea, the kettle smells like it has been washed, there is a coffee machine, but there are no capsules, you can just look at everything and leave. And of course it's very noisy at night, even with the windows closed.

It's a good hotel, we've been upgraded to an apartment. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was working fine. The hotel is located close to the old town, it was very convenient. However, for some reason, the booking was canceled and they asked for payment only in cash.

I booked it on a booking site. Upon check-in, they were asked to cancel the reservation (in order not to pay the booking fee), they were checked into another room. It immediately becomes clear that reservations at Booking sites and other sites are used as advertising, and you are checked in after the fact, if there are available seats. The room itself (given an apartment) is a creepy pigsty. They don't clean here at all, they just change the linen. They didn't even wash the dishes after the previous guests. Everything is covered in dust, dirt and stains, there is mold in the bathroom, the toilet seat is broken. A very hard spring mattress. I survived one night here and ran away. I didn't try to return the money, to be honest, it was even a little scary to raise this issue with the staff. The staff doesn't really speak Russian or English.
