I confirm all the negative reviews, the stench, the terrible bed linen, the age-old dirt, the boiled egg for breakfast, the dirty dishes with chips on the table, empty coffee cans. A mandatory attribute is an ashtray, on the breakfast table, by the bed, on the cot, and the booking indicates that smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Mattresses are Soviet heritage. The vaunted terrace is under renovation, I did not use it during the week of my stay, although they said on the first day that they would open tomorrow. Of course, they don't want to hear about the discount. The courtyard is dirty, and there's some trash everywhere. Like in Anapa in the 90s. Read reviews on various resources, and don't be fooled by beautiful photos like me. One star per location. Good luck to everyone, travel and don't stay at home.

Excellent multi-storey guest house! The rooms are simple, but definitely worth it for your money! The host is a very nice and hospitable person, with only the best impressions. Breakfast is served on the roof on a large veranda with a canopy, which offers a wonderful view of the city of Regina. A huge courtyard with large trestle beds, fruit trees grow inside the courtyard. Walking distance to Registan is, in fact, the historical center. I definitely recommend stopping to immerse yourself in the oriental atmosphere.
