I am a burning customer - I have already chosen the proposed tours through Telegram Fun and Sun, but there are still some clarifying questions. The first contact was on December 13, but the managers decided not to respond to my requests. The second contact on December 14th was already at the call center, but no one contacted me, and today, for a moment, December 17th. It's hard to imagine what would happen if there were problems during the trip - I would not want such "support". If attention and efficiency are important to you, it may be worth contacting another travel agency. And thanks to Fun and Sun for the lesson on "how to lose customers"
