I liked the hotel. I don't know who writes negative reviews, probably those who expect service from the top three as from the top five. The room was normal, plumbing, air conditioning, TV-everything worked, two rooms, a balcony. The food is a bit monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. Pastries, fruits, everything is there. The pool is also normal, it does not smell of bleach, at first part is shallow-for children, then deeper-for adults. The sea (Cleopatra beach) is literally 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Back up the hill a bit, but not critically. Beach number 6, without slabs, the sand is shallow but deep (the sand at the cave is larger). Near the beach there is a toilet (free of charge) and a freshwater washroom where you can wash your feet and rinse. The sea is awesome, we were lucky with the weather - not a cloud, not a cloud. We are very satisfied with our vacation I would have gone back to the hotel again.

Ladies and gentlemen. Before you go, you need to understand where you are going, for what money, and for what purpose. It's a three-piece. An ordinary Turkish three-piece, nothing surprised or disappointed me here. Because I knew where I was going, I know what a three-course meal is in Turkey. I was traveling primarily for the sea, the beauty of Turkey, and I was actively vacationing, rather than staying in a hotel, as some people did here. If you like to hang out at the hotel, buy yourself a 5-star tour and sit there by the pool and drink cocktails. It's a top-of-the-line place, near Cleopatra beach, cave, cable car! A million guided tours, migros store, waikiki, bus stop! Everything is gorgeous. Yes, no beer (but I don't care) I drank crayfish and vodka and it was normal) As for the food, I wasn't hungry. And if you wanted something interesting, there are a lot of things nearby, shops, restaurants, fast food, kebabs, everything is there. Sometimes I went to lunch at other places or had lunch on excursions. I recommend Sapadere Canyon to everyone. The stomper! I've never felt sick from eating, as many people write, everything is OK! Fresh vegetables. About the staff. You need to find a common language with them. Just imagine for a moment what it's like to work in a 3-star hotel, where people come who demand service or rooms from them, like in a five-star hotel. Just feel how it is) I found a common language with them, they communicated with me respectfully and poured drinks into glass, but if you communicate badly, then don't expect respect or glass cups for you;) Be people with people. The room is OK, the air conditioner is working, the mattress is top, there are even blackout curtains, I was surprised! Not all hotels have blackout curtains, but this is a buzz. About the noisy road. Gentlemen, you probably don't know what it's like to live by a busy highway) After reading it, I picked up the earplugs. But I've never needed them! The window was open all the time and I fell asleep perfectly. The walls are thick, I listened to music on the speaker and no one came to complain. Although I was in 4 stars, where I was bullied about the music. In general, everything is OK, come if you are actively relaxing and walking)

We visited this hotel in June 2025. We arrived in the evening, at first we were horrified), but in the morning the opinion changed. The hotel needs to be renovated, the plumbing is in poor condition, the rooms are small, there is no refrigerator in the standard and economy rooms - this is a minus. The staff tries their best, during lunches / dinners there is a constant cleaning / taking out of dishes. The pool is large enough, there is a children's area, a slide. The food was good for the three of them, we didn't find anything about what they wrote below about spoiled food and dirty dishes, plus the staff themselves took food from common plates - I don't think they would have eaten it if there had been a similar situation. It was 10 minutes to the sea, it didn't bother us, we went specifically to Cleopatra beach, so we didn't have much hope for the hotel. The contingent consisted of Turkish families, Germans, Swedes, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and a couple of Russian families. The attitude is good, everyone paid attention to the child). The admin monitored the behavior by the pool, making comments about those who behaved noisily and those who drank too much. Only two of the staff speak Russian. There is a large shopping center across the street - we bought a lot of clothes and shoes. There are a lot of kittens and cats in the territory - the child was glad.Paid Wi-Fi is 2 dollars/euro per day. There are dryers and a chair on the balcony. My impressions were only positive. Cons: room, noisy highway nearby. Pros: pool, staff, food, beach
