I am a guest of the city and the country as a whole. I came from the "hinterland of the Russian Federation". In the search engine for the query: "Delivery of Vitebsk rolls around the clock", made after 22 hours on January 3 (after the refusal of delivery from another company), the site was the first in the search. foodex.by I didn't want to download the app. And the bug-free website has worked out a comfortable search for dishes, adding them to the basket and ordering to the desired address. From the very first seconds, the interface demonstrated delivery before 00:30 They didn't call me to confirm the order, but I just received an SMS: "name, your order has already been placed. The order amount is 69.95." (The SIM card was from Belarus) That was fine with me. When the page was updated, the order status changed. It took about 5 minutes from the moment the order was created to the text message. It takes another 10 minutes to transfer the order to the kitchen. For cooking - 15. Delivery time is up to 40 minutes. The rolls are voluminous, bright in taste (they were ordered baked (with a cap) and "tempera"). On the downside: no sauce, wasabi, or ginger. The number of persons is specified only for the number of pairs of sticks. The interface (in my opinion) should more clearly indicate that these components, which are integral to the rolls, are ordered separately (unless, of course, they forgot to put them in). But there were none. I was lucky that soy sauce was in the fridge at my place of residence. It is also unacceptable for me to leave delivery people and waiters without tips. But I didn't have any paper money from Belarus. So the deliveryman could not add a tip to the order amount (the payment was by card), and there was no code in the receipts for tipping the deliveryman. In the Russian Federation, the problem of tipping in the above ways has long been solved. Yes, and in the restaurants of Vitebsk, we added the amount of tips on our initiative to the amount of the order price. I ask the administration to resolve this issue along with a reminder in the website interface to order wasabi, ginger and soy sauce separately. Customer orientation is at 0. I ordered tempura with shrimp, it turned out that shrimp is not everywhere. The batter layer is uneven and large, but we'll omit this detail. Baked rolls are impossible to take, they fall apart. I called support, wrote, sent a video, a photo. Whether this problem has been solved somehow is not. But no, they offered teriyaki mini rolls as compensation for the next order. The order was for 37p. If it were possible to put -100 stars, then I would do it.

Excellent delivery is not only pizza and sushi, I think they have everything they need, shawarma, wok, salads and deep fryers, in general, a very wide range of products. Secondly, it's very tasty, but it really melts in your mouth, pizza with a lot of toppings, baked rolls are generally delicious. I will definitely order.
