You can see that you are working on the quality, and thank you very much for that! But there were some issues with the service. You have a new salesperson, a young girl who seems to have recently started working. And, to be honest, I left a strange impression. It feels like she doesn't fully understand where she is or why. When asked about the price or origin of the product, he answers at random, gets confused, starts mumbling something, sometimes just withdraws into himself and looks at one point, as if he was thinking about the meaning of life. Someone has already written about it below. I asked her what was the difference between kiwi gold and regular gold, and she shrugged and said, "Well... he's kind of..." but I didn't hear any more. That's the whole explanation. It feels like she's floating in the clouds. Maybe a good person, but clearly out of place. In a store where everything is based on care and knowledge of the product, it looks not just strange, but hinders. I wasn't the only one who noticed this — while I was standing in line, I heard other customers whispering to each other, and colleagues visiting your store also noticed this... I kindly ask you to pay attention. Your products are excellent, and you want the service to match. We come not only for fruits, but also for normal human communication. And when a salesperson behaves as if he happened to be behind the counter, distracted by his phone and his thoughts, it causes confusion.
