We booked a table for the World Cup final three weeks in advance, and we were asked to pre-order food a week in advance. The reservation was for 18.30, when we arrived there was a full boarding, the final was still, but we understood that we had booked everything in advance and everything would be fine now. The waiter came up to us to take an order from the bar, when we ordered cocktails, he said that we weren't doing cocktails today because there was a full landing and we had to go to another place for them. In other words, your establishment was not originally designed for full boarding and you know in advance that you cannot cope with the menu? After some bickering, I agreed to bring cocktails immediately for the whole evening, i.e. we stood and waited on the table (the cocktails were delicious, no questions asked). An hour later, the food still hadn't arrived, and we asked five times when our order would arrive. And hooray, an HOUR AND A HALF later, our food was brought to us, from the category of waiting for reality. They didn't bring it to everyone, for example, strips with potatoes were waiting for 2 hours. Unfortunately, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The waiter, of course, tried to be polite, gave a 10% discount, and brought apologetic shots. But this did not help us to remain very unhappy, we stayed in this institution only because we knew that all the places with the broadcast were occupied and we would not be able to watch the final anywhere, so we would have left immediately. I'm attaching a photo of the 79-ruble set. Only the strips were warm. Moreover, the whole establishment had questions with the order, and some of the guests left without waiting for the order. If you know about a full landing, is it really impossible to prepare? In general, I strongly do not recommend it.

Everything I write below is related to the fact that there was only one waiter on the shift, there were three occupied tables. - At some point, dirty dishes were piled on the edge of the table, because no one was cleaning it, and when he passed by, he still did not clean it. - The 2EGOR cover band was cool (although no one else was dancing, but the guys are cool!). - hookah: disgusting (they also tried to dip it, which changed the coals) - it's good for food. Nothing ordinary, but not tasteless either.

Service is a distraction. The waiter is as friendly as possible, he talks to everyone, people just sit for half an hour without even an elementary glass of beer. Maybe it was just our luck and he forgot, I don't know, he went to the bar to hurry up, nothing changed, he even offered to pick up the glasses himself, he couldn't fill them. They carry one glass of beer per table, if another beer goes to another table, accordingly, a new circle is made, the waiter from the kitchen is just waiting for food, the bar is full of glasses of beer that need to be carried, and it just settles, waiting for its turn, horror. There's also some kind of sour beer. We didn't wait for the order and went to the leadbear opposite. There were twice as many people, the same 2 waiters, brought drinks in 3 minutes, and food in 10. The price tag is also 30 percent cheaper, at least for alcohol.
