The worst hotel in the whole trip. The price tag is too high at times. We were accommodated in the wrong room, the category is much lower. We barely found our booking from the booking office. The beds are separate. The equipment is all broken. The kettle doesn't turn off by itself. The remote control is not working. The sink and toilet are askew. A window under the ceiling with a grate. There was no toilet paper. And so on and so on. I definitely do not recommend contacting this hotel!!!

We went for a walk in Yerevan , decided to stay somewhere for the night . We dialed the phone number indicated in the description and booked it . We arrived at the specified address, and as a result, we were checked into another hotel called MBM. The price was the same as promised at the Friendly Hotel. We went up to the room , dirt , dust , hair all around . The floors are terribly dirty, the stench is unbearable, the windows are all streaked. In general, the MBM hotel is not about anything , they also cheated in terms of checking into the specified hotel. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Please specify which hotel you will be checked into before you leave
