This was our first visit to this institution. The potatoes were pleasantly surprised - crispy, fragrant, with a soft center. The service is neat, everything is clean and cozy. The staff is polite, the service is fast. The impression is very positive, we will definitely take it again.

Excellent service: the staff is polite and takes orders quickly. It took only 10 minutes to wait for the meal, which was a pleasant surprise. The only negative is the slightly high prices compared to other places in the area, but the quality of the food justifies it. I am very surprised where such high marks from this institution come from. My wife and I were led by an appetizing-looking showcase and bought 1 serving, it's a complete disaster, if it's just tasteless in all sorts of poppies and CFS, then it's terrible + filled with extremely nasty mayonnaise, after this dish we had to urgently buy a sweet treat in the store to kill the remaining taste. One of the worst dishes I've ever tasted, but it's a pity, it looks tempting.

French fries are when the potatoes are straight from the deep fryer, hot, crispy! and there's a mountain of cold potatoes that were already fried half an hour ago, and they're just warmed up a little before serving. you can't do that, you get wet, limp boiled potatoes with traces of deep-frying, slightly warm, not salty, in oil. toppings: mazik sauces, ketchup, finely grated cheese - standard. but no toppings will save such potatoes. It's a very long payoff for such a dish. I was the 3rd in line waiting for 10 minutes. conclusion: something must be done with the technology, otherwise there will be no success.

Disgusting potatoes. Wet, sluggish, barely warm. The cheese on the potatoes is glued into some kind of flatbread. The workers were like prisoners - they cooked for 10 minutes, despite the fact that they were not made from freshly cooked potatoes, but from those that had already been laid.
