Hello, I would like to leave a review about cleaning! I'm absolutely thrilled) Valeria's cleaner handled all 10,000% An honest review. The windows are washed without streaks, the frames are clean inside, the window sills are also as good as new now. Everything sparkles. The general cleaning of the bathroom was great, the faucets were like that when they were taken away from the store. Overall, the score is 10/10 About the dry cleaning - all the stains from the sofa were removed, Nikita's cleaner was very neat, I liked everything! The apartment has not been so clean and pleasant for a long time; I was not sure if it was possible (secondary). I arrived on time, worked carefully, showed the result step by step, helped to remove the curtain, Cleaned the entire apartment (kitchen, bathroom, room and corridor) quickly – in less than 4 hours. The maximum recommendation of this company of cleaning services is both from the side of the promptness of the managers' responses and from the side of the cleaning quality of the cleaners!🤍 I used their services for the first time in 2022. Then there was a puppy living in the apartment and I had to dry-clean the mattress. The dry cleaning itself went well, very pleasant-smelling products were used, however, after drying, a brown stain appeared from the coconut coir (mattress layer) around the perimeter. Without question, the cleaner came again and removed the divorce with the approval of the manager for free. When the mattress was dry-cleaned later, again because of the puppy, she immediately warned about the possibility of divorces and the new cleaner cleaned it a little differently, there were no divorces left after drying. I was very satisfied with the services! We applied for the second time in 2023 after the renovation. 2 people arrived and did all the work in 6 hours. Because my neighbor and I were in the apartment and cleaned our rooms in parallel, we saw the guys' work from the outside. We were blown away by the scrapers that removed the lime coating from the taps, which we could not remove in any way. We were just as pleased with the cleaning as possible, we walked through some places with our hand, everything was just perfectly clean.✨ Now, in March 2026, I applied for cleaning in my parents' apartment, they are retired and their efforts are not always enough to remove dust everywhere and vacuum everything well. The cleaning girl arrived and coped perfectly again! The white facades of the kitchen and interior doors simply shone! Mom said in the evening that everything had become brighter, as if new light bulbs had been screwed in, but all they had done was a good quality cleaning🥰 During all this time, I went to another mattress cleaning service once, and I was unhappy that the mattress seemed to have a sticky coating after drying, which remained on my hands (I also went to other companies 2-3 times for cleaning, no one did such a 95-100% clean cleaning as the Freshroom cleaners. Therefore, I highly recommend choosing this company!!!
