This is the second time we have chosen this company for international tours in Europe. The organization of the tour, visa support and communication from the manager made it easy to go on excellent tours, additionally obtaining a long-term Schengen visa.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a tour for September 2025 a month before the trip (paid the money on August 15, 2025). Unfortunately, it so happened that a close relative died on 08/19/2025 I wrote a request for a refund on 08/25/2025 and as a result, nerves, disassembly, lies, unjustifiably pushing the problem onto the carrier ... I received a refund on 09/29/2025 And that's only with the help of the consumer protection society and hints at the court. I strongly advise against this organization. If you change your mind, it is almost impossible to refund the money.

A beautiful picture is all that Freshlime really boasts. Unfortunately, behind the veneer lies the extremely weak organization and lack of professionalism that we have encountered at every stage of our journey. 1. The flight situation: According to the agreement, our flight from Vilnius to Greece was scheduled to take place on July 4 at 13:40. However, the day before, on July 3 at 17:09, while already in Vilnius and waiting for boarding tickets (which, according to the rules, must be sent 23 hours before departure), we learn that the flight, it turns out, has been postponed to 21:00. We had to get the information not from OUR TOUR OPERATOR ALEXANDER, but through the travel agency Voyazhtour (which has repeatedly helped our friends on this trip), which confirmed that the flight was originally scheduled for this time. No one knows why we weren't warned. OUR TOUR OPERATOR, ALEXANDRA, just “forgot” to mention this point. And this, alas, is not an isolated case of her negligence. 2. Visa processing: OUR TOUR OPERATOR, ALEXANDRA, informed us that it was necessary to bring the full package of documents by May 19 (Monday), but after arriving in advance on Friday, we found out that the tour operator was on vacation. Fortunately, another employee accepted the documents, but later we had to come back to write the application. Additional trips, loss of time, lack of preliminary information - all this indicates an extremely low level of organization. 3. Document verification: OUR TOUR OPERATOR ALEXANDRA stated that everything was in order, but when we asked when the original ticket for Vilnius would be returned to us, she replied in surprise: "You have the original there, but you needed a photocopy." Questions arise: if we hadn't asked, would we have been left without a ticket at all, and how can we check our documents?? Our dissatisfaction is primarily related to the work of OUR TOUR OPERATOR ALEXANDRA, whose actions and inaction caused most of the problems we faced. The travel agency's Instagram presentation is attractive, with vivid photos and promises of care. But in reality, it's a complete mess, lack of responsibility and indifference to tourists. It is a pity that the vacation, which was supposed to bring joy, was accompanied by such a level of service.
