Ticketon was able to do the impossible: debit the money, show a successful payment, and still not issue the ticket. The most interesting thing is that no one reported the problem — I had to contact support on my own and find out where the tickets were and where the money went. This was followed by explanations about banks, payment systems, booking times, and offer points. But for the client, the situation looks different: the money is debited, the service is not provided, and the refund must be waited for several days. That is why I would like to see more modern and user-friendly ticket sales services, where customer experience and transparency of processes are above boilerplate responses and shifting responsibilities. So far, this experience has rather shown how an online service should not work in 2026.

I bought tickets to the Max Korzh concert in September, the concert was canceled, support said that the refund for the SBP is 14-21 business days, all deadlines have already passed, support does not inform the refund dates and does not provide confirmation that the refund has been issued. We bought tickets for the Limp Bizkit concert on the dance floor on June 16. Then the plans changed and my friend and I decided to take a fan zone. We wrote to support and were told that if we bought tickets to the fan zone, then the tickets for the dance floor would be refunded to us. On August 12, the cancellation of the previous order occurred and we have already received new tickets. Support said that the funds will be credited to the account within 7-14 days. After about 3-5 days, my friend received his money for the first ticket. As for me, since August 12 (it turns out exactly one month has passed), I still haven't received them through the SBP. I wrote to support chats wherever I could. I wrote to the post office, but I did not receive any response. Disgusting support service.
