There are simply no words to express my disappointment at visiting this "photo salon"! They came to take a photo for university admission documents, but all they got was a spoiled mood and wasted money. Everything went wrong from the very beginning. Grandma was standing in front of us, waiting for her photo to be processed. And what do you think? When she was about to leave, it turned out that there was a mistake in her middle name in her documents! How can you be so negligent about your work? Is it really difficult to check the document before giving it to the client?! But that was just the beginning. When it was our turn, the photographer took just one shot! The only one! Just like in the good old days of the USSR. And she didn't even let me see what happened! And when we saw the result, we just didn't recognize ourselves. The face was bleached white, stretched out unnaturally – there was a completely different person in the photo! Of course, we asked to redo the photo, but the "gracious woman" demanded to pay for it again! 12 rubles for one photo of such terrible quality! Yes, for this money you can find a place where they will take professional pictures and give you a choice from several options! When we tried to explain that the photo was simply unsuitable, the woman made a real scandal, started shouting and proving her case. In the end, we just gave up and left. We decided that it would be better to take a photo in a more professional place. If you want to plunge into the atmosphere of the USSR with terrible service and unprofessional photos, then you are definitely here! But I wouldn't recommend it. I wouldn't be surprised if all the positive reviews here are written by bots. It's a terrible place and a very unpleasant woman!

I remember this photo from my childhood. My parents drove it. All my photos and my children were taken here. The quality is very decent. They changed their area of residence and tried to take pictures around themselves. utter disappointment... Now we drive with our children and grandchildren across the city, but it's worth it.
