I give you 1 star and highly recommend it. I just had to change the lock on the skirt. I arrived at 18:00 - the studio is closed, although the schedule on the doors and on the cards is stated until 19:00. I called the "master". In response, I received that she would come only tomorrow after 3 p.m., and refused to fix my skirt - "a lot of work." When asked why they work according to their free schedule, there was an ingenious answer: "everyone knows that you need to call." This is not an atelier, but a mockery. No service, just a waste of time and rudeness.
