I applied today on 17.09.2025 in Altai, East Kazakhstan Region, to a bank for a money transfer to Russia using the Golden Crown.The manager looked at the details written by me on a piece of paper for a long time, searched for them on his cell phone, then sent me to pay for the service for tomorrow, referring to the fact that payment can only be made before 16.00.I explained that I couldn't take time off from work, whether my husband could do it, I was refused and told that I would have to take time off.I asked the manager, and they said I'm the manager.In general, the bank is an outrage, and this is not the first time I have encountered such service in it.
