A few years ago, the fountain was repaired, and an interesting sign was placed next to it with the inscription: "Do not throw stones into the fountain, a fine of 1000 rubles. Throwing money is welcome." Responding to the previous review, I can say for sure that fountains in Abkhazia work in the summer (travel experience is great). But there are outages. I will assume that due to power outages (or in savings plans).
