A pretty fountain next to a pleasant park near a beautiful administrative building. Not a masterpiece of architecture, but a pleasant place. You'll see it near Seneca Square. After the esplanade, this boulevard can be called the most pleasant in Alicante, you can walk here from the coast in the direction of San Fernando Hill. Walking along the boulevard, you will come to the square, where this building, the Stella fountain, stands surrounded by circular traffic. It's difficult to see it up close because of the abundance of cars, but in principle it's worth spending 15 minutes on it before going further.
