The worst airline I've ever flewn on. The flight was delayed for an hour and instead of leaving us in airport with air conditioning they sent us into stuffy corridor and left us there for 40 minutes. All because the airplane wasn't ready and they started preparing it when we were already in stuffy corridor right in front of our eyes. By the way, water also wasn't given even after fact that a lot of people complained.

Летела с Кишинева в Москву с пересадкой в Ереване . Наш рейс задержали в Кишиневе на час,в итоге нашсамолет в Ереване улетел. (Не дождавшись нас пол часа). Всех людей с самолета начали распихивать кого,куда,часть пересадили в другую самолет,часть должны были отвезти в гостиницу (у них вылет через 12 часов . Я и еще человек 10-15 сидели в аэропорту 9 часов.,у нас был вылет в 15 . Нас заставили выйти из зоны ожидания,пройти паспортный контроль и забрать багаж . Затем опять сдавать багаж,паспортный контроль.😬С 5 утра и до 14 нам не доли даже бутылку воды (не говоря уже о том чтобы покормить людей). Ужасный сервис,👎👎👎представителям компании на людей наплевать !!!!!

FlyOne is the worst airline. They constantly cancel and postpone flights, and outright lie about their refund policies. Their deceptive tactics cost me double. Avoid them if any other option exists. I will never use this company again.

Never buy tickets from Flyone. This was my first and last experience with this company. There were endless attempts to upsell various services on the website. I managed to disable unnecessary services on the site, but I was shocked to find out that online check-in is a paid service if you don’t complete it 4 hours in advance. A person may not have internet access readily available. How is this even possible? I do not recommend Flyone to anyone. This company provides low-quality services and tries to squeeze more money out of customers by initially luring them in with low prices. I am very disappointed.

Такого нет ни у одной авиакомпании в мире - регистрация в аэропорту стоит почти столько же, сколько сам билет! Билет Ереван - Сочи на 01.07.2026 г. стоил 4 236 руб., а регистрация в аэропорту 3 491 руб. Билет с багажом у Аэрофлота выходит дешевле, чем у этих мошенников без багажа. Информация нигде, кроме их сайта, не указана. Многие после покупки билета досконально изучают сайт авиакомпании? За много лет перелётов в разные страны и города я такого не встречала. Я армянка и мне не стыдно, что есть такая армянская "авиакомпания". Жалко, что в спешке не прочитала отзывы. Не ведитесь на "низкие цены" не покупайте у них билеты, пусть обанкротятся!

We flew with FlyOne airline from Yerevan to Krasnodar. Check-in at the airport is paid, so you checked in online in advance and printed out your boarding passes (this is a must!) We took off on time and arrived even earlier than the specified time (the flight time is only 1.15). The ticket price included transportation of personal belongings 40×30×20. On our flight, no one checked the number of things and their size. Only drinking water is free on board, all other drinks and food are paid. Overall, our experience has been positive. I could have given it 5 stars, but the price was only 500 rubles lower than an Aeroflot ticket, and the service there is at a completely different level. We flew with this company because friends chose the tickets. But it's also a normal experience.

I was preparing for the worst after reading negative reviews. Surprisingly, the two flights went well. I registered online for free in 7 days, and I printed everything out. The children were placed next to their parents! The ECB printed out boarding passes, they didn't go through the backpacks (they really only harass characters with frankly huge sums). Departure is perfect on time! I lowered my score for the old cabin on the plane. The Stewarts are great, and so are the pilots. Coupons were also printed from Yerevan (although I registered), almost without delay, no one really cares about hand luggage. In general, if you follow the rules of A/C, everything is passable!

We bought a round-trip ticket. Krasnodar-Yerevan. 06/26/2026 from Krasnodar to Yerevan, 06/29/2026 from Yerevan to Krasnodar. The flight from Krasnodar was canceled, there was no other one on the same day or the next! Accordingly, it was not possible to fly to Yerevan. There is a certificate from the airport. And that's why there was no way to use the ticket on 06/29/2026 from Yerevan either!!! And the ticket for the cancelled flight cannot be returned either!!! I've changed my reservation in the company's app! Now it says that on 06/29/2026 you will fly from Yerevan to Krasnodar, and on 07/22/2026 you will fly from Krasnodar to Yerevan. Several letters have already been written to the post office, with a certificate from the airport attached. There is no answer! The number in Yerevan is not responding to calls!

I'm flying on May 31, 2026 from St. Petersburg to Yerevan, I checked in in advance, printed out the boarding passes. The flight was rescheduled a couple of times, but then returned on the 31st. Everything is fine, there were no problems. Problems are usually caused by those who do not read the airline's terms and conditions. I had 25 kg of luggage, 10 kg of hand luggage with removable wheels, we didn't even check it. In addition, there is a bag and a backpack. Without any problems. Then I'm flying Yerevan-Larnaca, but I got a boarding pass right to Larnaca. Read the rules before flying to avoid problems. In many ways, the human factor also plays an important role.

Deception and illegal enrichment through "paid check-in" do not fly this airline. I read the negative reviews, but decided to take a ticket to Fly One Yerevan Moskava. with online registration. I bought a ticket to Aviacells, checked the box for online registration, and they charged 450 rubles for it. I started registering, registration does not work, gives an error and suggests trying later.As a result, I couldn't register, I thought okay, I'll go early and register on the spot. That was not the case.at the registration, they announce 15,000 dr (4000 RUB) for registration.I explain that I no longer have any money and there is nothing written on the website about paid registration.to which the Fly One representative says, go to the website where you bought it. I asked for a paper stating that due to the lack of money, they refused to register me (for trial), to which I received a rude reply that we were not issuing any papers, please contact the Aviasels website. As a result, I couldn't fly, the ticket was lost, the connection was good, they sent money to Moscow, bought the ticket again, flew out with another company and I will never use Fly One company again and I don't advise anyone. Apparently, Grzo doesn't have much money, he decided to make more money by cheating. I have already collected 62 victims of Fly One's actions, and we are preparing a lawsuit.All proceeds will go only to charity.

Separately, I would like to note the scale of this "service": The cost of registration was about a third of the cost of the ticket itself. That is, we buy a plane ticket, and then separately pay another third for us to actually be registered on this very plane. And here a simple question arises: what exactly is the service? Is it because an airline employee pressed a few buttons in the system and issued a boarding pass? Is it now a separate premium product? Perhaps, for this amount, the passenger also had to be solemnly presented with a ticket on a velvet cushion? Of course, they kindly explained to us that "it's written on the website." Fine. Apparently, buying a ticket from FlyOne Armenia is not a ticket purchase, but an intellectual quest: find the right section, read all the conditions, guess what will be paid, and try not to lose money at the airport. The logic itself is especially fascinating: check—in for a flight is, it turns out, not part of the normal process of transporting a passenger, but an almost luxurious additional service. If you want to fly, please pay for the opportunity to be registered first. The best part is that you don't find out about it at the time of buying a ticket with a large and understandable warning, but already at the reception desk, when there is practically no time to calmly figure it out. Technically, maybe something is written somewhere. But in fact, the passenger is simply confronted with the fact: pay. It looks like a small-scale, but very high-priced scam. Not a disaster, of course. It's just an unpleasant feeling that you haven't been served, but have been neatly caught inattentively. FlyOne Armenia, thank you. Now it's clear: your ticket is not a guarantee of clear conditions, but only an entrance ticket to the "guess what you'll pay for next" attraction. There is no desire to use the services of this company anymore. Your "everything is written on the website" is too expensive.

For your money, this is a normal low-cost airline. We flew from Sochi to Yerevan, took off without delay, no one checked the calibrator. We registered online for a week, the coupons were printed out, there were no questions, we didn't even go to the front desk, we went straight to the gate with a printout. There was no terrible impression at all, the plane was ordinary, it was clear that it was not an Aeroflot, but also not quite a minibus.

I confirm the review of the company to "0". The company sells tickets and then cancels flights without offering an alternative. I have to buy more expensive than there were alternative options at the time of purchase of FlyOne tickets. It's a pity that I didn't look at the reviews earlier. The worst airline in the world. This has never happened before. And here it is again. We were flying from Rome to St. Petersburg. First, the plane was moved from Rome to Yerevan three days in advance. We had a rest in Italy for these three days, arrived — we were registered calmly, absolutely without any problems. After that, we flew to Yerevan, went to the transfer area, where we were told that there was no such flight from Yerevan to St. Petersburg. It turned out that the flight was canceled on March 18 without any notification. We were told to go to the airline counter. After that, when we asked: "What are we supposed to do?" - they answered us (literally quote): "Well, wait until the evening, if they answer you, then you will fly to Moscow. If not, well, you're not going anywhere." The hotel was not provided, and neither was the food. The worst airline. There has never been a time when they didn't give a damn about their passengers.

Do not fly with FLYONE. The worst company I've flown with in my 52 years. A new suitcase was smashed, there is no refund. For the second year, my husband and I have been flying from St. Petersburg to Larnaca (via Yerevan) and back with Fly One Armenia airline. Both times, there were no complaints against the carrier. All terms of service are clearly described on the website. The company sent notifications by e-mail about the start of registration. We absolutely calmly checked in in advance, selected free seats, and printed out boarding passes. I would like to express my gratitude to all the crews of the St. Petersburg-Yerevan-Larnaca route (and back) for their professionalism. Special thanks to the crew of the flight St. Petersburg-Yerevan, which was on 09/20/2025. Upon arrival in Yerevan, my husband managed to lose his international license at the airport and did not notice it himself. The flight attendants found them, identified them from a photo of one of their passengers, and managed to find us in the airport building (based on my husband's photo!) and they gave me my license. Thank them very much!

The most disgusting airline in the world. Customer orientation is at 0. The most disgusting thing is that no one waiting for more than a day (!) in the departure area was provided with either a hotel or even stupid sandwiches!! Although this is a direct violation of the international rules of air transportation. The representative's words: "we're a low-cost airline, we don't have the money for it." It's a shame! On landing, they staged a show, replacing the plane with a smaller one. Those who were lucky flew to Moscow, while the rest stayed to cook at Yerevan airport. The airline's representative, who called himself Napoleon, is an undisguised boor. Those who dared to be at least a little indignant at such an attitude towards passengers, who, by the way, bought tickets from them, threatened to "take them off the flight and send them to your Moscow on foot." On board during the 3-hour flight, they will not offer a single sip of water for free, everything is only for money, and it is not cheap at all. Even if you need to take a pill, you won't ask for half a glass of water, buy a bottle. In general, the impressions of flying with this airline are the most negative.

We were supposed to fly on July 14 from Moscow to Yerevan with a transfer from Yerevan to Paris, Flyone delayed our flight by 3.5 hours and we did not have time to transfer to a flight to Paris. At Domodedovo airport, representatives of the airline company told us to write a request on the website and promised a refund for the airline's fault in delaying the flight, so we did. After that, we sent a request to the official website of the airline, where we received a refusal, since according to their alleged rules, they carry out refunds 4 hours before the flight, although the delay was indicated later than that time! Accordingly, we had to buy an emergency ticket for the next plane in order to arrive in Paris in time!

I have a very bad impression of the airline. We flew to Yerevan and back in August 2025. The flight from Moscow was fine, but the flight back from Yerevan was just a shock. When I bought the tickets, I immediately paid for the seats. In my personal account, in the email that is sent by the airline, I did not see a warning about the need for online registration. In general , everything is not as bad as some comrades describe here , we flew . There were no special problems with registration. It was necessary to register in advance . The passengers and luggage have arrived, and thank God! As for the price, tickets are expensive everywhere now. Each of my 4 flights was delayed by an hour and a half, but this is typical for almost all flights now. The planes are in good condition. An interesting feature: on flights of this airline from Russia, this service is free. And it is impossible to register online. The airline's employees argue that Russia is under sanctions, but in fact it is simply illegal under Russian law. On flights from Armenia, you must check in 1 day before departure. I receive an email about the flight delay until 13:30. I arrive at the airport at 11:20. I am informed at the reception desk that registration has already closed and that I was supposed to arrive as indicated in the original schedule. They made me nervous, but in the end they let me through. It's 13:45 and of course we still haven't flown anywhere. According to people around, this happens every time. It's a shame. The most disgusting airline! We flew to Yerevan to take a walk with our family. We flew out of Moscow, and everything is fine. The way back is a complete horror! We arrived at the airport, we go to the check-in desk, they say we need to pay for registration! Plus, the carry-on suitcase turns out to be a backpack! In total, the payment is 86,000 drams, which is calculated in rubles 19595! They are accepted only in drams or by card. We were lucky that we accepted the MIR card. Disgusting company. The Yerevan-Moscow flight for 3 people without a return ticket reached 40,000 plus. The registration fee was included in the ticket price. Although, as they said at the airport, online check-in is free. It's all a lie, 2 days before the flight I tried to check in, but all the seats turned out to be paid. We flew to and from Yerevan . We flew out in both directions on time. Very attentive staff. They were transferred to the seats at the emergency exit for free, because of the noisy children nearby. Follow the airline's rules, check in in advance, and everything will be fine.

Armenia is gorgeous, but the impression was spoiled by the airline. The Moscow Time-Yerevan flight is delayed by 5 hours, the Yerevan-Moscow Time flight is delayed by 12 hours.
