I want to leave a negative review on flydubai airline. On February 21, 2026, my daughter (13 years old) was supposed to return from Dubai to Minsk. She passed the check-in on time, but everything went very slowly at the customs inspection, there were a lot of people, and no one was interested that the child might be late. As a result, the child was 3 minutes late!!! For 3 minutes and she wasn't allowed on the flight!!! How stupid, cruel, and insensitive people you have to be!!! Nothing sacred. As a result, a 13-year-old child is alone, in a panic, without knowledge of the language, without understanding what to do!!! Due to the fault of the airport, the child was late and she was not allowed on the flight! The child got a lot of stress. Never fly with this airline, it is not reliable, disgusting attitude towards people!!!

It looks like this is the lowest quality low-cost airline. The food on board is so-so, the first meal is chicken and pasta or beef and rice. Juices are water. Second meal: chicken sandwich or vegan sandwich. The juices may run out... the return flight was without a transfer. Dubai is Moscow, but 2 hours before departure, it turns out the flight was changed and we flew from Dubai to Pakistan. We sat there for several hours on the plane, refueled and flew to Moscow. At the third appointment, we were given a cracker, nuts, maybe 25-30 grams, a kitkat chocolate bar, 20 grams, and water. It was hot on the plane, and people were asking for water, including me... But we're boarding and we can't give water, then we're taking off.... The flight time from 7:30 a.m. lasted until 11 a.m. There is no compensation due, as this is supposedly an emergency landing related to safety and there was no transfer from plane to plane. And the fact that the airline knew about the route change in advance and did not warn its passengers about the change is a direct violation...
